Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, providing them with information about our properties, and setting up appointments for site visits. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Outreach:
  • Contact potential and existing clients through phone calls to inform them about available properties and offers.
  • Generate leads by cold calling and following up on inquiries from various channels (e.g., social media, website).
  1. Client Engagement:
  • Provide detailed information about the properties, including pricing, location, and amenities.
  • Answer customer queries and address concerns professionally.
  • Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups.
  1. Lead Management:
  • Maintain a database of prospective and existing clients.
  • Track and document all client interactions in CRM software.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups to convert leads into sales.
  1. Sales Support:
  • Support the sales team in achieving targets by providing qualified leads.
  • Assist in closing deals by building rapport with clients and ensuring they are satisfied with the service.
  1. Market Research:
  • Stay updated on market trends, property rates, and competitor offerings to provide clients with accurate information.
  • Gather feedback from clients to help improve sales strategies and customer service.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or real estate are a plus.
  • Previous experience as a tele caller, customer service representative, or sales associate in real estate is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
