Job Vacancy: Female Accountant

Location: Dubai Motor City

We are hiring a Female Accountant to join our team at one of our supermarket branches in Dubai Motor City (for ONE BRANCH). If you have relevant experience in accounting in Dubai and are ready to take on a dynamic role, we’d love to hear from you!

Job Details:

• Work Timings: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Days Off: 1 day per week
• Salary: AED 3,000 - AED 4,000
• Benefits: Visa and health insurance provided
• Software Used: B2B Own Accountant Software (training will be provided if required)

Responsibilities:

• Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain and update all financial transactions accurately and on time.
• Documentation: Ensure all financial and operational documents are organized and accessible.
• Reconciliations: Perform daily and monthly reconciliations of cash, accounts, and inventory.
• Reporting: Prepare and present financial statements, balance sheets, and other required reports to management.
• Compliance: Ensure all accounting practices align with UAE regulations and tax laws.
• Payroll Management: Assist in processing employee payroll and related deductions.
• Auditing: Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documents and information.
• Workstation Maintenance: Maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
• Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with the inventory team to reconcile stock records and purchases.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 year of accounting experience in Dubai.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in accounting software (experience with B2B Accountant Software is a plus).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Good knowledge of UAE VAT and other local tax laws.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Language: Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
