Work experience: at least 1 year in sales;
Fluent Russian and English
Communication skills: the ability to find a common language with clients, the ability to identify client needs and negotiation skills;
High-level presentation skills;
Competent speech: the ability to clearly and convincingly express thoughts;
Focus on results: the desire to earn without limits and achieve goals;
Self-organization: the ability to plan your time and work effectively in a multitasking environment;
Readiness to learn: the desire to develop and master new sales tools;
Conversational English at B2 level.
Tasks to be solved:
Efficiently and promptly respond to incoming requests.
Organize meetings with clients and conduct property showings.
Analyze client needs and select properties according to their preferences.
Assess the investment potential of properties and prepare appropriate calculations.
Coordinate and control all stages of transactions, including collecting deposits and completing the sale
