We are currently looking for a Field Supervisor in our Holiday Homes department. You will be responsible for ensuring high cleaning and maintenance standards for our holiday properties.

Job Responsibilities:
• Maintenance and Repairs:
• Handle general home maintenance and repairs.
• Obtain and relay quotes for outsourced services promptly.
• Supervise external cleaning and maintenance companies for high level services.
• Maintain all properties to high standards.
• Organize cleaning crews for timely unit turnover after guest check-out.
• Report any identified issues to the Host.
• Inventory Management:
• Request unit supplies with necessary approvals.
• Collaborate with procurement for seamless supply management.
• Furnishing or Semi-Furnishing Units:
• Follow procedural steps for unit furnishing.
• Assign tasks after contract confirmation.
• Conduct walkthroughs for completeness.
• Procure items with approval for enhanced guest experiences.
• Check-in and check-out:
• Ensure units are welcoming with essential amenities.
• Provide a positive guest interaction experience.
• Engage with potential guests, ensuring space meets standards.
• Deliver a special hospitality experience for guests worldwide.
Requirements:
• 2-3 years experience in property Management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate and manage external services effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high standards
