What Will You Do

TA Operations helps the service delivery teams to run smoothly and delivers key projects to improve service.

Support the delivery of key TA processes, ensuring all services are delivered to agreed standards, whilst developing your experience and capability to grow as a professional in the future.

  • Service Strategy: understand the TA strategy and its contribution to Mubadala’s objectives ensure your day-to-day activities are aligned to these goals.
  • Service Delivery; ensure that all services are delivered to agreed standards and are achieving their objectives this will include TA Invoicing Mobility Payrolls Global Health Insurance TA Contract Management TA Management Information and Reporting Systems Administration: for Recruiting and Mobility
  • In addition, you will have the opportunity to work on projects to improve service possibly including Employer Brand, Assessment, Technology, Taxation.
  • Stakeholder Management: manage internal stakeholders and represent Mubadala in the market, to service providers, partners, relevant authorities and stakeholders.
  • Self Leadership: develop yourself to progress as a professional and your contribution to Mubadala. Support others to improve their performance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to improve current operations, Research and keep abreast of leading trends and practices related to Talent Acquisition in order to provide insights that enable service improvement.

What Will You Bring

To succeed within this role, you will be bringing a strong mix of practical experience, technical skills and business skills, including the following:

  • Degree preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in HR or Recruitment Operations. This may include payroll processing, administration, working on health insurance etc.
  • Experience managing contracts, invoicing and system administration (must have worked on HR systems).
  • Strong numerical aptitude with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You will be a team player with high standards of business ethics and a drive to deliver, innovate and improve, whilst building strong partnerships within and outside Mubadala.
  • You must be detailed oriented and highly organized; enjoys working with numbers.able to prioritize and deliver a diverse workload.
  • You must be comfortable working in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
  • You should be culturally sensitive and able to navigate on diverse work environments.
