Technical and Material Engineer

  • Manage document control, prepare prequalification submittals, material submittals, and compliance statements, ensuring alignment with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements. Collaborate with project managers to develop and track project plans, timelines, and approvals.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor construction progress and quality, assess material compliance, and address technical issues or discrepancies. Review and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), implementing corrective actions and ensuring timely closure.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure all materials are approved, tracked, and delivered to the project teams. Maintain effective communication to resolve issues and manage all aspects of submittals, approvals, and project documentation.
  • Develop and review technical and commercial submittals, tender documents, and proposals for public/private sector clients. Prepare technical standards and specifications for steel fabrication projects, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.

Qualifications: 

  • Male, 45 years old and below
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years in preparing pre-qualification & Material Submittals.
  • Must be from Steel Fabrication industry.
