- Customer Service:
- Offer high-level customer service in a retail environment.

- Participate in store promotions and events to boost business and customer engagement.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain patient records and manage data in accordance with privacy regulations.
- Complete necessary paperwork and billing for insurance claims when applicable.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in optometry and retail trends.
Skills
Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid eligibility to practice optometry.
Strong knowledge of eye health, vision problems, and eye care products.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
