The Sales Supervisor is responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, ensuring that sales targets and objectives are achieved while maintaining customer satisfaction and market share.

The role involves supervising, coaching, and motivating the sales team, handling key accounts, and ensuring the effective distribution and merchandising of FMCG products across retail outlets.

Skills

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, preferably in FMCG.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM or sales tracking software is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of the FMCG industry and consumer behavior is a plus.
