The Installation Engineer plays a pivotal role in the heavy industry and metallurgy sector, focusing on the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of complex machinery and systems. This role demands a blend of technical expertise and hands-on experience to ensure that installations are completed efficiently and safely. The Installation Engineer will work closely with project managers, clients, and other engineering professionals to deliver high-quality installations that meet industry standards and client specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Understand project execution needs and respect project schedule & deadlines
- Oversee the installation process for every project.
- Coordinate with project manager to develop installation schedules and allocate resources.
- Manage installation teams and provide guidance and support to ensure quality and timely completion of projects.
- Coordinate with production department to ensure the availability of materials and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements during installation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation-related issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct post-installation evaluations to identify areas for improvement and lessons learned.

- Proven experience in managing multiple installation projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel to various job sites as needed.
- Strong organizational skills to manage documentation and project timelines.

- Proficient in using installation tools and equipment.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in installation engineering.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the installation of metal works finishes or related projects.
- U.A.E. driving licence.
