Job Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Acquisition & Lead Generation:
  • Identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
  • Actively search for new leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to generate new leads.
  • Sales Presentations & Negotiations:
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to showcase products or services.
  • Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Effectively communicate product features, advantages, and benefits.
  • Handle negotiations and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Account Management & Relationship Building:
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Address and resolve client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Sales Reporting & Administration:
  • Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and sales activity in CRM systems.
  • Prepare sales reports, track performance against targets, and analyze sales data to improve strategies.
  • Follow up on quotes, proposals, and contracts to ensure closure.
  • Market Intelligence:
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new products or services.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to improve offerings and align with market demand.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams:
  • Coordinate with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Provide product feedback, customer insights, and suggestions for improvement.

Qualifications:

· BCom/BBA graduates only

· Minimum 1 years in field sales

· Proven experience in business development or sales

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients

· Proficient in English and Malayalam, both written and verbal

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

· Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
