The Investor Relations Manager reports to the Investor Relations Director and facilitates the investor community.
Act as an interface with institutional, credit, equity researchers and analysts, exchange, and regulators. Promotes and conveys higher standards of transparency and proactive interaction with investors.
Skills
Investment Relations Management:
- Create and execute a robust investor relations strategy and framework that aligns with the
company's goals.
- Coordinate the preparation and execution of quarterly earnings calls, providing accurate and
insightful information to investors.
- Create and update investor presentations, fact sheets, and other collateral to effectively
communicate the company's story.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to prepare statements for annual meetings.
Strategic Communication:
- Develop clear and compelling messages that align with the organization's investment narrative.
- Coordinate the production of financial reports, presentations, and other materials for investor
communications.
