DGF UAE has an opening for a Customer Implementation SpecialistYou will support to implement program management plans and processes to successfully deliver a set of projects linked to one another while meeting the cost, timescale and quality parameters in line with overall business objectives and needs, Group guidelines and policies

In this Customer Implementation Specialist role, you will:

  • Support administration of program management plans and processes for successful execution of projects
  • Track project milestones, report progress and performance against the program
  • Assist in program related coordination activities such as developing schedules and forecasts
  • Resolve operational problems and minimize delays in the delivery of program
  • Deliver administrative tasks such as arranging meetings, developing agendas, and preparing progress report
  • Support implementation of program results to create targeted impact
  • Apply understanding of business processes to administer program management processes and solutions
  • May provide functional advice or training to less experience positions
  • Responsible for managing the E2E implementation projects of new customers, existing business expansion and ad-hoc customer projects. Profile includes Global and local customers.
  • Ensures the implementation milestones are planned and executed on time and within implementation budget
  • Aligns internal capabilities to customer’s requirements by engaging the right stakeholders and coordinating their efforts to develop robust solutions
  • Ensures all customer requirements are fully understood by all the relevant functions, can be met and are documented.
  • Facilitates implementation workshops internally cross-function and externally with customers/suppliers (if needed).
  • Monitors and steers implementation activities viz. post implementation against any issues with defined targets, and resolution to these issues.
  • Standardizes and improves the on-boarding of new customers and the implementation of changes to existing customer requirements/agreements

  • Support and interact primarily with colleagues of own function
  • Build relationships and understand customer and key stakeholders' interests and concerns
  • Address task-related issues appropriately to maintain work relationships
 

Management Responsibility

  • Individual contributor without direct responsibility for leading others
  • Customer Implementation Professional reports into this role

Education Level

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification

Years experience:

  • More than 2 years
