The Role:

  • Canvassing for properties, cold calling, and prospecting new potential leads/clients.
  • Assist clients in renting, buying, or selling properties in Dubai and UAE.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide professional guidance to clients.
  • Build and maintain a strong client network through relationship-building and consistent follow-ups.
  • Market properties through various platforms, including social media, online listings, and open houses.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property laws, and competitive landscape in Dubai.
  • Negotiate offers, contracts, and terms to achieve successful transactions.
  • Manage and update property listings and client databases.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored property solutions.


Skills

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a real estate agent in Dubai.
  • RERA certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain it).
  • Proven track record of successful property transactions.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivation and an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Passion for real estate and customer service
  • Excellent knowledge of Dubai’s property market, areas, and developments.
  • Proficiency in English (Arabic or Chinese languages is a plus).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
