As an Office Girl, you will play a vital role in ensuring that the office operates smoothly by assisting with day-to-day administrative and office tasks.


**Responsibilities:**


- Maintain cleanliness and organization of office spaces, including common areas, restrooms, and meeting rooms.

- Assist in serving tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.

- Ensure office supplies and pantry items are adequately stocked and replenished.

- Support office staff with light administrative tasks as needed.

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

- Assist with maintaining office equipment and reporting any issues or malfunctions.

- Help with setting up meeting rooms for presentations and events.

- Perform other duties as required by management.


**Requirements:**


- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.

- Good communication skills and a pleasant demeanor.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
