The Key Logistics Manager will advise and orient the Customer, within the Customer contract s specificities, according to best practices on logistics activities (i.e., the supply of aircrafts parts and services, parts replacements, unserviceable return, warehouse management). The Key Logistics Manager also supports in monitoring of the KPIs and warranty, as applicable.
List of Responsibilities:

Comply with all Aviation, Safety, Quality and Export Control Regulations and Procedures

Comply with all Airbus Helicopters Management Systems, Policies and Regulations

Coordinate with AHA and AH front office to ensure on time deliveries
-
Provide quotations in response to RFQ from the customer

Provide advice to customer staff on supply aspects
-
Manage logistic flows from the PO from the customer until the delivery of the items
-
Provide advice and direction to customer staff on all functional supply base aspects.

Investigate and expedite logistics issues that affect fleet availability
-
Respond to Customer queries in collaboration with AHA and AH technical experts
-
Provide periodic status update via reports to Customer Logistics Manager

Apply continuous improvement approach to all logistic activities
-
Perform other duties as assigned
