Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across the UAE.Identify and build strong relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare sector, including insurance companies, hospitals, and government accounts.Promote and sell innovative services, such as chronic disease management, homecare solutions, and corporate wellness programs.Collaborate with the COO to create strategic plans that align with company objectives.Oversee the performance and development of the Sales Executive, ensuring alignment with team goals.Provide market insights and feedback to refine service offerings and identify new opportunities.Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to senior management.
Profile
Proven sales experience, preferably within healthcare, insurance, or related industries.Established network within the UAE healthcare sector, including connections with hospitals, insurers, and government entities.Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.Ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve sales objectives.A healthcare-focused mindset with an understanding of chronic disease management, homecare, and corporate wellness is highly desirable.
