1. Manage customer queries effectively.
2. Understand the requirements of a customer not limited to UAE visa services, Business set up, other government related services.
3. Manage and maintain records of the customers and transactions.
4. Follow up on enquirers and ensure retention of customers.
5. Good communication skills in English and Arabic will be an advantage - not a must.
6. Age below 30 years.
