We are a very well-known school bus company in Dubai, looking for a “Quality and Safety Auditor’ to benchmark our company against best industry practices. He should be able to provide a legal framework for compliance against RTA rules and ensure company SOPs are being followed to the ‘T’.

His main responsibilities will include:

1: Inspecting buses as per RTA requirements.
2: Rechecking number of students taking transport in a school against the number of students registered in company data base.
3: Monitoring safety standards are being met while buses are entering/leaving the school.
4: Create performance report of employees.
5: Create and manage a reporting system for company’s asset (eg. buses, etc.) utilization.

Candidate should be young, energetic and vibrant and must be fluent in English and Urdu/Hindi and should definitely have a Bachelor’s degree. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience with schools’ facility management and audit experience.
Should be a good listener with excellent communication skills and should able to lead the whole team of transport. He should also be innovative enough to introduce new ideas to be implemented. And should definitely be a team player.
