Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to prepare a variety of desserts, pastries, and other baked goods. The ideal candidate should have a passion for culinary arts, an eye for detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.


note: after one month training in (UAE) our main branch, willing to relocate in iraq we have soon to open branch for SHAGHF IRAQ


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Pastry Preparation:
  • Prepare and bake a wide variety of pastries, desserts, cakes, and bread.
  • Innovate and experiment with new recipes and flavors.
  • Decorate and present pastries to ensure a visually appealing product.
  1. Quality Control:
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation.
  • Monitor the freshness and quality of ingredients.
  1. Inventory and Cost Management:
  • Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Minimize waste and control costs while maximizing productivity.
  1. Hygiene and Safety:
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry station.
  1. Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to coordinate production and menu planning.
  • Train and mentor junior pastry staff as needed.
  1. Customer Satisfaction:
  • Respond to customer preferences and requests for special orders or dietary needs.
  • Adapt recipes to meet dietary restrictions without compromising quality.



Skills

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or similar role.
  • Culinary degree or certification in pastry arts is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
  • Creativity and attention to detail in pastry decoration and presentation.
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
