Job Description:

-Curate a diverse and high-quality wine list, ensuring wines complement the Italian cuisine served and enhance the dining experience for guests.

-Properly present and serve wines, including decanting when necessary, while educating guests on the wine’s characteristics, origin, and pairing options.

-Oversee wine inventory, ensuring appropriate stock levels, managing wine orders, and maintaining optimal storage conditions to preserve quality.

-Engage with guests to understand their preferences, offer personalized wine recommendations, and provide informative wine tastings to enhance their dining experience.

Skills

Qualifications: 

-38 years and below

-At least 2 years of experience as a Sommelier in a fine-dining Italian restaurant setting

-In-depth knowledge of Italian wines, wine regions, and wine pairings with Italian dishes.
