URGENT 2 x RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR
INITIAL 6 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT | Onsite – Abu Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to support one of our major client’s Talent Acquisition team. This is a Full-time, onsite in Abu Dhabi (Monday – Friday), with potential for remote work on certain Fridays.
The Role:
This is a dynamic role working directly for our client, embedded within their recruitment team. Key responsibilities include:
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team
- Assist with sourcing and screening candidates
- Schedule interviews and coordinate recruitment processes
- Maintain accurate candidate records and reports
- Support Emiratization hiring efforts and initiatives
- Assist with logistical arrangements for events/career open days, including having a presence at such events
- Assist with the assessment process including scheduling and hosting assessments (training provided)
Skills
What We Are Looking For:
We seek a Recruitment Coordinatorwho has worked in-house and is passionate about supporting talent acquisition and delivering top hiring solutions.
You should have:
- Prior experience in recruitment coordination, HR, recruitment, sourcing, talent acquisition or administration
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- A keen interest in talent acquisition and Emiratization
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus!)
- You must be a self-starter who can proactively seek solutions both independently and within a team
