Job Description:
- Guiding the sales team to achieve and exceed targets by assigning leads, analysing market conditions, setting pricing strategies.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs
- Overseeing complex negotiations, ensuring that contracts align with company policies and securing the necessary approvals for significant deals.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients and ensure regular follow-ups.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Male, 42 years old & below
- Bachelor’s degree - business administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience in Real Estate Sales in Dubai.
- Strong understanding of real estate properties, with a passion for luxury properties.
