We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Engineer with a strong background in sandblasting and painting services to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Abu Dhabi industrial and oil & gas market, with proven ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and close technical sales.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the industrial, oil & gas, and construction sectors.
• Promote and sell sandblasting and painting services tailored to client requirements.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients and consultants.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within Abu Dhabi.
• Coordinate with operations and project teams to ensure accurate job costing and smooth execution.
• Follow up on quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
