Procurement and Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Procurement and Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Ras Al Khaimah. This role is integral in managing the supply chain processes to ensure timely procurement and efficient logistics operations that support our manufacturing activities. Responsibilities: - Coordinate procurement activities including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials and services essential for manufacturing operations. - Manage and monitor logistics functions including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and transportation to ensure smooth supply chain flow. - Collaborate closely with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to maintain accurate order and delivery schedules. - Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. - Identify potential supply chain risks and work towards resolving bottlenecks to maintain production continuity. - Prepare reports on procurement and logistics performance and suggest improvements to optimize costs and efficiency. - Support the finance department by ensuring timely invoice processing and budget adherence related to procurement and logistics operations.

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. - Proven experience in procurement and logistics coordination within the manufacturing industry. - Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail. - Ability to analyze supply chain data and optimize procurement processes. - Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite. - Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. - Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage. - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced work environment.
