Company: Our Client is a well-regarded International Construction Consultancy who are engaged in a variety of landmark projects throughout the Middle East, Europe, South America and Asia. Position: Due to an influx of work they are looking for a Contractual & Commercial Consultant to be based in their Dubai office. You will need strong communication skills, along with excellent analytical, problem solving, planning and contract administration skills. Your duties will include reviewing of records and time impact analyses to establish and report on validity of claim proposals, the development of claim narratives in coordination with site base teams and negotiation of claims with the employer teams.

Requirements: Mandatory: • Middle East experience • Fluent in English • Stable experience working as a Quantity Surveyor for a Tier 1 Main Contractor or Claims Consultancy. • Degree qualified, ideally in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management • FIDIC contract experience Preferred: • Claims experience • MRICS or looking to achieve Chartership Benefits: • This is an immediate requirement, offering long term prospects with a well-regarded international organisation. • The salary on offer is excellent and designed to attract top talent.
