A reputable company in Business Bay, Dubai, is looking for a well-organized and proactive Office Administrator to manage daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills with experience in office management or administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations.
  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails professionally.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors.
  • Prepare and manage reports, records, and documentation.
  • Support HR and finance departments with data entry and coordination.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Ensure office policies and procedures are followed.


Skills

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Secretary, or Administrative Assistant.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and professional demeanor.

Salary Package:

AED 4,500 – 6,000 per month (depending on experience) + Company benefits
