We are looking for a creative and passionate florist to join our team at Anoura, a boutique floral brand based in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have experience in flower arrangement, bouquet design, and flower box creation, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

You will be responsible for crafting stunning floral pieces for daily orders, events, weddings, and corporate clients, ensuring every creation reflects the elegance and quality Anoura stands for.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and prepare bouquets, flower boxes, and event arrangements based on customer requests.

Maintain the freshness and quality of flowers and plants.

Assist customers in choosing flowers and color combinations.

Keep the workspace organized, clean, and visually appealing.

Handle orders, wrapping, labeling, and delivery coordination.

Stay updated with floral trends, color themes, and new design techniques.

Skills

Minimum 2 years of experience as a florist or floral designer.

Strong sense of color, style, and floral composition.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Good communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus).

Creativity, teamwork, and attention to detail.

Valid UAE residence or eligibility to work in Dubai preferred.
