Profile
3+ years' experience in financial/logistics IT systems support.Exposure to commodity trading workflows and platforms.Strong analytical and communication skills.Proficiency in tools like JIRA and Agile methodologies.Certifications such as CBAP, ITIL, or PMP are advantageous
