Position Overview:
We’re seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our Brand Licensing Division. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, a deep understanding of brand and product positioning, and the ability to build partnerships with retailers, distributors, and licensees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, licensees, and retail partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the FMCG and licensing sector.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Coordinate with the marketing and brand management teams to ensure brand consistency and execution excellence.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Report sales performance and maintain client database records.
Skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within FMCG, licensing, or retail sectors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Presentable, confident, and proactive attitude.
