Job Description:

We are looking for a professional and talented Barber to join our team at MEN’S. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, certified in barbering, and highly skilled in modern and classic haircuts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional men’s haircuts, fades, beard trims, and grooming services.
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and deliver styles that suit their needs.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness at all times.
• Stay updated with the latest haircut trends and barbering techniques.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to build and maintain client loyalty.
• Work collaboratively with the salon team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English.
• Certified professional barber.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a barber shop or salon in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of modern and classic haircut styles.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
