We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Consultant to join our team for a long-term onsite engagement in Dubai.

The ideal candidate should bring strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM, covering Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Time & Labor, and Performance Management modules. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to design and deliver impactful HCM solutions.

Key Requirements:

✔ 7–11 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM

✔ Strong understanding of HR processes and business workflows

✔ Hands-on experience in multiple end-to-end implementations

✔ Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

✔ Ability to work independently and manage client interactions
