GEOTECH 3D is a leader in providing advanced geomatics and land surveying solutions across the UAE. We are at the forefront of adopting new technologies to deliver exceptional accuracy and value to our clients on landmark projects. We are currently expanding our project management team and are looking for an experienced and technically-proficient Project Coordinator to drive our diverse surveying projects forward.
Key Responsibilities
Proposal & Tender preparation: Lead the preparation of comprehensive technical and commercial proposals. Analyze project specifications (RFPs/RFQs) to develop winning methodologies, detailed scopes of work, resource allocation plans, and accurate cost estimates.
End-to-End Project Coordination: Take role in multiple survey projects, coordinating them concurrently from the kick-off meeting to final data submission. This includes creating project schedules, tracking progress, QC checking.
Communication: Serve as the primary technical liaison between on-site field crews, and internal data processing teams. Ensure clear, consistent, and proactive communication to manage expectations and resolve issues swiftly.
Technical Oversight & Quality Control: Apply your deep understanding of surveying disciplines to monitor fieldwork, review processed data, and ensure all project deliverables meet stringent accuracy, quality, and client standards.
On-Site Representation: Attend and confidently lead site meetings, client progress reviews, and technical workshops. You will be the face of the company, addressing client inquiries and ensuring project alignment.
Mandatory Qualifications & Experience
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Surveying Engineering, Geomatics, Geodetic Engineering, or a closely related field is mandatory.
Please Note: Candidates with academic backgrounds primarily in Geotechnical Engineering or Geology will be disqualified.
Professional Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of proven, hands-on experience in the Surveying/Geomatics industry.
Current Location: Must be currently residing in the UAE.
Joining timeframe: Candidates who can join immediately are preferable
Multidisciplinary Expertise: Demonstrable field and office experience across a wide range of surveying techniques:
Conventional Surveys (GPS/GNSS and Total Station)
Underground Utility Location & Mapping (GPR)
Aerial Surveys using Drones/UAVs
Terrestrial 3D Laser Scanning (HDS)
Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
Preferred Attributes
A valid UAE Driving License will be a significant advantage and is highly preferred.
