Tour Operator – Luxury Travel Experiences

We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Tour Operator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating seamless, memorable travel experiences for our clients, ensuring every detail is handled with care and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and arrange customized tours for clients, ensuring smooth and enjoyable itineraries

* Coordinate airport pick-ups and drop-offs, managing schedules and communicating clearly with clients and drivers

* Organize and oversee daily tours using our fleet of luxury vehicles

* Communicate with service providers, drivers, and clients to ensure exceptional service delivery

* Handle bookings, confirmations, and last-minute changes with efficiency and attention to detail

* Deliver outstanding customer service from initial inquiry to final drop-off

 Ideal Candidate:

* Strong organizational and multitasking skills

* Excellent communication and customer-service mindset

* Ability to work calmly under pressure and adapt to changing schedules

* Previous experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality is an advantage

* Knowledge of local attractions and destinations is a plus
