Provide assistance to Russian-speaking clients, offering translation or clarification when needed.
Answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate departments.
Schedule appointments and test drives for sales representatives.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Assist with data entry, document preparation, and filing.
Coordinate customer refreshments and manage waiting areas.
Handle incoming mail and deliveries.
Support sales and service teams with administrative tasks as required.
Ensure that all visitors sign in and comply with showroom policies.
Skills
Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written).
Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk agent, or customer service representative (automotive experience is a plus).
Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, email).
Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus.
