The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing photorealistic high quality 3D renders and walkthroughs that enhance spatial understanding and support design decision-makingThis role requires a deep understanding of the material finishes, regulations and spatial aesthetics that align with leading global and regional market.Key Responsibilities:Develop high-quality photorealistic 3D visualizations for both interior and exterior tower and villa concepts. Convert sketches, mood boards, and architectural drawings into detailed 3D models, renders, and walkthrough animations. Utilize AI-assisted design and visualization tools to enhance rendering speed, image quality, material realism, and concept exploration. Apply expert knowledge of modeling, texturing, lighting, and environmental setup to achieve realistic outputs. Collaborate closely with design, architecture, and project management teams to ensure accuracy of materials, finishes, and specifications. Produce 3D animations, fly-throughs, and visual simulations as required for presentations. Maintain a well-organized library of materials, textures, furniture, landscape elements, and AI-generated assets. Modify and refine visual outputs based on team and client feedback until final approval. Support the design department with concept presentations, material boards, and visualization strategies.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.3–5+ years of UAE/GCC experience as a 3D Visualizer for tower and villa projects. Proven capability in interior and exterior 3D visualization for residential and high-rise developments. Proficiency with essential 3D software: 3D Max, Corona Renderer, D5 Render, Sketch Up, Auto CAD, Adobe Photoshop, VRay, Enscape, and Lumion. Background knowledge in AI design tools such as: AI render enhancers (e.g., D5 AI tools, AI denoising, AI upscalers), AI concept-generation tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar), AI-assisted material creation and image refinement is a plus. Strong aesthetic sense, excellent design intuition, and a good eye for detail, proportion, color harmony, and spatial composition for high-quality 3D visualization. Strong understanding of materials, lighting, landscape visualization, environmental settings, and rendering techniques. Familiarity with UAE tower & villa design guidelines and finishing standards. Ability to handle multiple deadlines and deliver consistent quality under pressure. Portfolio demonstrating tower, villa, interior, exterior, and AI-assisted visualization work.Interested?
