About Form Roastery
Form Roastery is a premium specialty coffee brand with 5+ branches across the UAE, mainly in Al Ain. We focus on high-quality coffee, modern café standards, and a premium customer experience. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist who can support our brand growth professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for brand growth and customer engagement.
- Manage social media channels and create high-quality content aligned with brand guidelines.
- Plan campaigns, promotions, collaborations, and seasonal marketing activities.
- Support new store openings with marketing materials and activation plans.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare monthly performance and analytics reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
- Strong knowledge or experience with European branding styles, European café trends, or European marketing standards (preferred).
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in marketing (F&B or hospitality is a plus).
- A strong professional portfolio is required – including social media work, designs, campaigns, or content samples.
- Skilled in content creation, digital marketing, and social media management.
- Creative mindset, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.

Skills
Strong understanding of European branding trends, café culture, and premium marketing standards.
Expertise in social media management (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and content creation.
Ability to create high-quality visuals, reels, and marketing materials.
Experience in digital marketing, campaign planning, and audience targeting.
Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
Strong analytical skills to track performance and optimize campaigns.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects.
Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to branding.
Professional marketing portfolio is mandatory (social media samples, campaigns, designs, or previous work).
