Role Purpose
The Patient Relations Executive will act as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout their healthcare journey. This role involves managing patient inquiries, resolving concerns, and coordinating with clinical and administrative teams to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing accurate information.
- Manage patient appointments, follow-ups, and ensure timely communication.
- Handle patient feedback and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Coordinate with clinical and support teams to ensure smooth patient flow and service delivery.
- Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality standards.
- Promote HealthHub services and assist patients with insurance and billing queries.
- Support initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and loyalty.
Skills
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a patient-facing role within healthcare.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare management systems.
- Knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations and insurance processes is an advantage.
