Location: Jazirah Aviation Club, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE
Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell aviation club memberships, training programs, and recreational services.
• Handle customer inquiries in person, by phone, and via email with professionalism.
• Procure and manage office supplies and required materials to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate with operations and finance teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Provide bilingual support (Arabic & English) to members and prospective clients.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality.
• Fluency in Arabic (Read, spoken & written) and English is mandatory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
