Job Summary

Karma Dubai Restaurant and Zenon Robotics are seeking a proactive and hands-on HR Generalist to manage end-to-end human resources operations across both organizations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law, MOHRE procedures, and experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments such as hospitality and technology-driven companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for restaurant and corporate roles
  • Prepare, register, and manage employment contracts via MOHRE
  • Handle UAE work visa processes, renewals, and cancellations
  • Manage attendance, shifts, leaves, and overtime
  • Coordinate payroll, benefits, and end-of-service settlements
  • Act as the main point of contact for employee relations and HR matters
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and internal policies
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Support HR needs across both F&B and Robotics/Tech teams

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an HR Generalist in the UAE
  • Hands-on experience with MOHRE and UAE work visa processes (mandatory)
  • HR experience in Restaurant / Café / F&B is highly preferred
  • Experience supporting multi-business or multi-industry teams is a strong plus
  • Solid knowledge of UAE Labor Law
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English (Arabic or Persian is a plus)
  • Comfortable working independently with teams under 30 employees
