Assistant Account Required for Jewellery Company with the following Responsibilities :-


1. Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process vendor invoices, payments, expense reports; post customer payments.

2. Data Entry & Record Keeping: Record transactions, update general and sales ledgers, maintain financial files.

3. Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and account balances.

4. Reporting: Assist with preparing financial statements, budgets, and management reports.

5. Payroll Support: Help prepare and distribute employee paychecks.

6. Administrative Support: File, mail, answer calls, and assist the accounting manager as needed.



Skills

Key Skills Required are as follows:-


  • Technical: Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, or other accounting software.
  • Analytical: Strong math, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Organizational: Excellent time management, accuracy, and thoroughness.
  • Education: Often requires a high school diploma, postsecondary diploma, or associate's degree in accounting.
