Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Hostess at Casa Tres, located in Al Ain. The Hostess will be responsible for warmly welcoming guests, managing reservations, maintaining the seating arrangement, and ensuring a high-quality customer service experience. The role also involves engaging with customers to address their needs and maintaining professionalism at all times.

Qualifications

Excellent Interpersonal Skills to create a welcoming and professional environment for guests. Proficiency in managing Reservations and seating arrangements effectively. Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to assist guests and ensure satisfaction. Polished Phone Etiquette to manage inquiries and bookings via phone. Highly organized, with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role is a plus.
