Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Listing role based in Abu Dhabi. The Listing Real Estate Specialist will be responsible for listing and showcasing properties, maintaining a comprehensive database of available real estate options, coordinating with the sales and leasing teams, and ensuring properties are marketed effectively. Additionally, they will work directly with property owners and developers to assess and list properties efficiently while providing exceptional customer service and industry expertise.
Qualifications
Experience in Real Estate listing and Real Property management Proficiency in Real Estate Development and Sales processes Strong customer service skills with a client-focused approach Proven ability to build and maintain lasting professional relationships Self-motivated and goal-oriented with excellent communication and negotiation skills Knowledge of UAE real estate market trends and regulations is highly desirable Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
