As part of our planned expansion and next phase of growth, we are looking to appoint a Senior Mechanical & Operations Manager for a long-term, stable role, suited to an experienced professional in the later phase of their career. Key Responsibilities Manage and support key client relationships and technical/commercial discussions Assist in pre-contract activities, scope clarification, and negotiations Review drawings, specifications, and execution feasibility with a strong practical, field-oriented approach Support estimations, BOQs, and pricing strategy Oversee machining and fabrication operations Provide leadership and guidance for mechanical maintenance, including:Fabrication shop machinery and equipment Site-installed mechanical systems Preventive maintenance planning Support facilities-related mechanical coordination and vendor management Review and guide technical documentation, including:Method statements and work procedures Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) As-built drawings and handover documentation Guide and mentor internal teams during execution and maintenance phases Candidate Profile Mechanical Engineer preferred, or equivalent extensive practical experience25+ years of experience in machining, fabrication, piping, mechanical operations, maintenance, or facilities management Strong exposure to UAE contractors, EPCs, or industrial facilities Hands-on field experience is essential; purely office-based profiles are not suitable Comfortable working in a hands-on, owner-led environment Able to independently handle clients, vendors, site teams, and technical discussions Looking for long-term stability rather than frequent job changes Compensation Fixed monthly salary, commensurate with experience Performance-based incentives linked to projects Application Interested candidates may apply by submitting their CV.
