Role Description
This full-time role as a Printing / Typing Officer is based on-site in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. The primary responsibilities include:
- Process government transactions for individuals and businesses through the relevant official systems.
- Complete forms, enter data accurately, and verify documents before submission.
- Follow up on transaction status and update customers accordingly.
- Provide customer service and guide clients on required documents and procedures.
- Organize and archive documents (physical and digital) while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications
- Prior experience in a typing center in the UAE is preferred.
- Arabic or English speaker is required.
- Strong computer skills, fast and accurate typing, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- High attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills and professional customer handling.
- Strong advantage: Experience with ICP / MOHRE / GDRFA / Economic Department systems.
