At eMagine Solutions, we’re partnering with an exciting international luxury & lifestyle brand in the UAE to hire a Visual Merchandising Manager who can take an already-strong retail presence and elevate it to the next level.

We’re looking for someone with natural creative flair — a VM leader who blends design thinking, luxury aesthetics, commercial merchandising and flawless execution. If you’re the person who sees the story, the flow, the focal points and the finishing touches instantly… this one’s for you.

What you’ll be responsible for

You’ll own the end-to-end visual standards and in-store brand experience, including:

  • Driving the visual merchandising strategy across stores (luxury look, feel, and consistency)
  • Creating and executing high-impact seasonal campaigns and retail moments
  • Delivering premium window displays, mannequin styling, and front-of-store storytelling
  • Owning store zoning, space planning, floor layouts, product flow and customer journey
  • Building and rolling out VM guidelines, planograms, merchandising standards and store toolkits
  • Partnering closely with Retail, Buying/Merchandising and Marketing to align product priorities and storytelling
  • Coaching store teams to deliver a consistently elevated luxury VM standard every day
  • Ensuring stores are always “brand ready”: detail, cleanliness, balance, colour, composition, props, fixtures, signage

Seasonal campaigns you’ll lead (examples)

You’ll be expected to plan and execute a full calendar of seasonal VM campaigns, such as:

  • Spring/Summer launch (new season floor set + key stories)
  • Autumn/Winter launch (new season floor set + hero categories)
  • Ramadan / Eid retail storytelling and gifting moments (where relevant)
  • National Day localisation and brand moments
  • Peak trading / promotional periods (e.g., sale readiness, high-volume changeovers)
  • Festive / gifting season storytelling (luxury gifting zones, add-ons, premium windows)
  • Plus: capsule drops, collaborations, pop-ups, new store openings and special brand moments

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in Visual Merchandising within luxury / premium / lifestyle retail
  • A strong eye for design, styling, composition, colour, balance, proportion and detail
  • Ideally a Design / Arts / Visual Communication / Fashion / Interior Design background
  • Strong capability across:
  • Space planning and store zoning
  • Planograms and product placement
  • Window merchandising and mannequin styling
  • Retail storytelling and campaign execution
  • Luxury brand standards and consistency across multiple locations
  • Commercial mindset: you understand how VM drives conversion, sell-through and basket size
  • Hands-on, energetic, and able to move fast while keeping standards premium

  • Campaign ROI thinking: prioritising VM actions that drive measurable uplift (not just “pretty”)

Leadership & Stakeholder Skills

  • Team coaching & training: elevating store teams to execute luxury standards daily
  • Cross-functional collaboration: tight partnership with Retail Ops, Buying/Merchandising, Marketing
  • Multi-store consistency: rolling out standards across locations and maintaining alignment

Standards, Guidelines & Execution Discipline

  • VM guidelines/toolkits: creating clear standards, checklists, planograms, and store packs
  • Detail orientation: “brand ready” discipline—cleanliness, signage accuracy, fixture/prop standards
  • Operational execution: timelines, coordination, store readiness, high-volume changeovers

Project & Calendar Management

  • Seasonal VM calendar ownership: SS/AW launches, Ramadan/Eid (if relevant), National Day, festive, sale readiness
  • Pop-ups/new store openings/capsule drops: fast setup, high polish, strong storytelling under pressure

Tools & Communication (nice-to-have but valuable)

  • Strong presentation skills: mood boards, store walk-through decks, campaign briefs
  • Basic design tools (helpful): Adobe/Canva, PowerPoint/Keynote; ability to visualise concepts clearly
