We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our team in the car detailing and car care industry in Dubai, UAE. This role is essential for driving sales growth and establishing strong relationships with clients in a competitive market. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for automotive care, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. You will be responsible for promoting our range of car detailing services and products icluding Paint Protection Films (PPF) & Tinting ,identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining excellent customer service standards. As an Outdoor Sales Executive, you will spend a significant amount of time interacting with clients in the field, showcasing our offerings, and closing deals to meet and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and target potential clients in the automotive sector to promote our car detailing and care services.
2. Conduct on-site presentations and demonstrations of our products and services to prospective customers.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
4. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales effectively.
5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and sales strategies.
7. Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and market demands.
8. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
9. Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer relationships.
10. Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote our brand and expand our client base.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the automotive, car care, car detailing or service industry.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
3. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding targets.
4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
5. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
6. Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
7. Knowledge of car detailing products and services is must.
8. Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within the region is must.
9. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
