Key Responsibilities:
- Perform plastering works on walls, ceilings, and structural surfaces
- Pour, spread, and finish concrete for slabs, foundations, columns, and beams
- Cut, bend, tie, and install reinforcement steel (rebar) as required
- Assist in preparation of materials, formwork, and work areas
- Follow site instructions, drawings, and work schedules
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Use construction tools and equipment safely and correctly
- Comply with all health, safety, and site regulations
- Support supervisors and other workers as needed
