Role Description This full-time, on-site Property Management Manager role is based in Abu Dhabi. The Property Management Manager will oversee the operations and maintenance of luxury residential, commercial, and retail properties. Responsibilities include ensuring tenant satisfaction, managing property budgets, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and maintaining compliance with local regulations. Qualifications Property management skills, including budgeting, facilities maintenance, and tenant relations Experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and ensuring regulatory compliance Strong ability in communication, team leadership, and client relationship management Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively Knowledge of luxury real estate markets and operations in the UAE is mandatory.
