About the Role:

We are seeking an entry‐level Recruiter to join our HR team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will support the full recruitment cycle for non‐technical roles, build talent pipelines, and collaborate with hiring managers to attract, assess, and onboard top candidates in a fast‐paced environment.


Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics - Source candidates via job boards, social media, and professional networks - Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews - Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and stakeholders - Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information - Assist with offer letter preparation, background checks, and onboarding processes - Generate regular recruitment reports and metrics to track progress - Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal recruitment policies

Skills

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field - 0–1 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and online job boards - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment 


Preferred Qualifications

- Internship or part‐time experience in an HR department or staffing agency - Knowledge of UAE labor laws and work permit processes - Proficiency in English and Arabic or other regional languages - Certification in recruitment or HR (e.g., CIPD, CHRMP) - Experience with employer branding, campus recruitment, or social media sourcing
