The Job:

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our installer team and ensure top-quality service delivery.

What you will do:

Lead and manage the installer team

Schedule jobs and coordinate with clients

Quality control - make sure every job is perfect

Handle day-to-day operations

Solve problems quickly and keep the team motivated

Communicate with clients and ensure satisfaction

Skills

Must have:

Currently living in UAE Dubai (we cannot hire from abroad)

Minimum of 1+ years work experience of the Field

Management or leadership experience

Valid driver's license (UAE or international)

Fluent English

Experience with WhatsApp Business

Good to have:

Experience in service business with field staff

Background in wrapping, construction, fit-out, or interior work

Knowledge of scheduling software (Jobber, etc.)

Excel or Google Sheets skills

Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, or Tagalog language skills
